Yes. All our disposable tableware products (including plates, cups, bowls, cutlery and containers) fully comply with food contact safety standards. Manufactured with food-grade raw materials, they are free of BPA, toxic additives and harmful substances, and have no peculiar smell, ensuring safe use for both hot and cold food and beverages.

2.What safety standards do your products comply with?
Our products meet international standards: FDA (USA), EU 10/2011 (EU) and GB 4806 (China). Relevant certificates and test reports are available on request.

3. Are your plastic products BPA-free?
Yes, 100% BPA-free. We only adopt high-quality virgin food-grade resin that meets global safety standards, and strictly prohibit the use of recycled materials or any harmful additives, ensuring that the products are non-toxic, tasteless and safe for long-term food contact.
4. What is the cooperation process?
Requirement communication: You provide product type, quantity, customization requirements, target market, etc;
Proposal quotation: We provide product proposals and quotations (including MOQ, unit price, and delivery time);
Sample confirmation: If customization is required, provide samples for your confirmation (the sampling period is about 3-7 days, and the cost can be negotiated);
Order production: arrange production after confirmation, with full traceability throughout the process (provide production progress feedback);
Inspection and shipment: Support third-party inspection or self owned QC inspection, and send to the destination through logistics/sea/air freight;
After sales support: providing quality problem tracing, replenishment, long-term cooperation discounts, etc.
8.What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Due to different product types, materials, and customization requirements, MOQ may vary:
Regular stock (no customization): MOQ for some categories is starting at 100 pieces;
Customized products (LOGO/size): MOQ usually starts at 2000 pieces (specific needs to be discussed based on product complexity, material, and order cycle).
9.How long is the delivery cycle?
Spot products: shipped within 3-7 days after placing an order (when inventory is sufficient);
Customized products: After sample confirmation, the production cycle is about 15-30 days (complex customization or large orders may be extended);
Logistics delivery time: sea freight (about 25-40 days to Europe and America, about 7-15 days to Southeast Asia), air freight (about 3-7 days to Europe and America, about 1-3 days to Southeast Asia), depending on the logistics provider's delivery time.
10. Do you offer free samples?
We can provide free existing samples for customers to test product quality, materials and performance, and the buyer only needs to bear the shipping cost.
