1.‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ Are your disposable tableware food-safe?

Definitely! Our disposable tableware, including plates, cups, bowls, cutlery, and containers, are all compliant with the food contact safety standards. These items are crafted from the food-grade materials and do not contain BPA, lead, or other harmful substances. And to top it off, they don't have any unpleasant smell, so it is perfectly safe to use them with both hot and cold food or beverages. In addition, we constantly track the quality of our items via rigorous quality control procedures throughout the production line, which ensures food safety contact.

2. What product safety standards do you comply with?

We manufacture products that are compliant with the FDA (USA), EU 10/2011 (EU), and GB 4806 (China) safety standards. Upon request, we can provide certificates and test reports. We also hold certificates for - EU 10/2011, - LFGB, - FDA 21 CFR 177.1520, - BPA Free MSDS and factory audit reports that can be shared with clients on demand.

3. Are your products made of plastic free of BPA?

Certainly, our items are totally BPA-free. We use only virgin food-grade resin of the highest quality in our production lines, which conform to internationally recognized safety standards. We absolutely exclude recycled materials or any harmful additives. Since we strictly maintain these standards, our items are non-toxic, odorless, and safe for extended food contact.

4. Is it safe to put hot food/drinks in your products?

Yes, indeed. While PP products can endure a heat level of up to 120°C, PET PLA (biodegradable) can be heated up to 60°C, and paper products up to 90°C without softening, dripping or emitting any harmful substances. Please note that paper cups and bowls that are covered with a food-grade PE film are the best options for hot drinks at 90°C or lower, Besides these, they are good at heat insulation and leak-proof properties.

5. Which of your methods are used to control product quality?

We have developed an incredibly strict quality control system that encompasses the whole production process to make sure that our product qualities are both stable and excellent:

Raw material inspection:Any materials (plastic resin, paper, PE film, printing ink) which come to the factory are checked first, and only those materials that meet international standards are used.2. In-line quality monitoring: Real-time product monitoring and checking of thickness, shape, appearance, etc. are being conducted by a team of professional inspectors.3. Finished product testing: Sampling of products post-production is done and tests are conducted to meet AQL standards, which cover appearance, leakage, weight, strength and even food contact safety.4.
