Warehouse & Inventory Management
Our fatory operates with an annual production capacity of 500 million units, supported by over 40 injection molding machines across a 10,000㎡ facility. While our production scale is massive, we understand that not all customers require million-unit orders.
To serve clients with small-batch demands efficiently, we maintain a strategic finished goods inventory at all times. Our warehouse is organized with a tiered storage system — fast-moving items, standard stock-keeping units (SKUs), and seasonal products are categorized and stored separately for rapid retrieval.
Typically, we keep a rolling stock of 30–50 million finished units on hand, covering dozens of popular cup models, colors, and packaging specifications. This inventory buffer allows us to offer lead times as short as 48–72 hours for sample quantities or small orders, without having to start production from scratch.
Meanwhile, our ERP system monitors stock levels in real time. When inventory falls below predefined thresholds, the system automatically triggers replenishment orders to the production floor. This ensures we always have enough finished goods ready for dispatch, while avoiding overstocking.
