To guarantee the stability and quality of the products, we implement a comprehensive quality control system covering the entire process:1.raw material inspection: Raw materials (plastic resin, paper, PE film, printing ink) undergo thorough examination before coming to the factory and only materials complying with international standard are used.2 . In-line quality monitoring: Professional inspectors perform real-time monitoring during the production process to check product thickness, shape, appearance and other indicators.3. Finished product testing: Upon finishing the production, sampling and AQL-based testing activities including appearance, leakage, weight, strength, and food safety are performed.4. Pre-shipment inspection: Before shipment, an all-inclusive inspection is taken once more to make sure the products delivered are at the sample standards and meet customers' requirements.
