1.Are your disposable tableware products food-safe?

Definitely. A wide variety of disposable tableware products such as plates, cups, bowls, cutlery, and containers, fully comply with food contact safety standards. Made from the highest quality food-grade materials, they are completely free of BPA and any harmful or toxic substances; they are without leaks, they do not have unpleasant odors, and ensure safe use for hot and cold foods and beverages. Besides, we maintain strict quality control procedures during the entire production process to guarantee the safety of food contact.

2. What safety standards do your products comply with?

Our products meet the FDA (USA), EU 10/2011 (EU), and GB 4806 (China) international standards. We are able to offer the associated certificates and test reports if necessary. Along with the MSDS and the factory audit report, one may request the USA FDA 21 CFR 177.1520, German LFGB, and EU 10/2011 food safety certificates.

3. Are your plastic products BPA-free?

Yes, indeed, BPA-free. We only use the highest quality virgin food-grade resin that complies with international safety standards. We do not allow the use of recycled materials or any harmful additives, thus ensuring that products are non-toxic, tasteless, and safe for long-term contact with food.

4. Can your products hold hot food/drinks?

Yes. PP products can tolerate temperatures as high as 120??C, PET and PLA (biodegradable) up to 60??C, and paper items up to 90??C without getting softened, leaking in any way, or releasing any harmful substances.Paper cups and bowls: Such cups and bowls are finished with PE film of food-grade quality so that they can endure up to 90??C in the case of hot drinks, in addition to having very good insulation and leak-proof properties.Every single item went through the test of resistance to high temperatures in order to comply with the requirements of commercial as well as household use.

5. What is the temperature resistance range of plastic tableware? Can microwave heating be used?

On average, PP plastic tableware has a heat resistance capacity within the range of -20℃ to 120℃ and is also microwave safe. In contrast, PS and PET materials do not have heat resistance properties and are recommended only for use with cold foods. The temperature resistance range is always indicated on every product.

6. Is there any odor?

Since tableware is made from food-grade raw materials, it generally does not have a smell. There can be a very faint original scent especially in eco-friendly recycled ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌materials.
