1.Do you support customizing logos and patterns? What are the requirements?

• Support. Please provide vector files (AI/EPS). We offer various processes such as screen printing, offset printing, and flexible heat transfer printing. Customization involves start-up and licensing fees, and the more colors and larger the area of the pattern, the higher the cost may be.

2. Do you accept wholesale/bulk orders?

• Yes. We specialize in bulk orders (20GP/40GP/40HQ) for importers and distributors, with competitive prices and stable quality.

  For long-term cooperative customers, we also offer preferential policies and professional after-sales services to ensure smooth cooperation.

3.Can tableware be used in the microwave or refrigerator?

• PP plastic and some pure pulp mold products can be used for short-term heating in microwave ovens. PLA and PS products cannot be microwaved. All products can be refrigerated, but plastic boxes with lids provide better sealing.

4.What are the core differences in the production process of tableware made of different materials?

• Plastic tableware: mainly formed through injection molding, vacuum forming, and compression molding. Pulp mold tableware: formed by vacuum adsorption of pulp on a mesh mold, and then hot pressed and dried. PLA and other bio based tableware: The process is similar to plastic, but requires stricter temperature and humidity control.
