We make disposable food service packaging that is environmentally friendly, especially fiber-based ones. We handle the whole supply chain ourselves, from designing and researching & developing to mass production and sales, so our customers have a very easy time with us.
Our favorite materials are those that have a lower impact on nature but do not lessen the quality of the experience of the users. For the fiber products, we have dinnerware and takeout containers made from natural fibers, and all of these can be composted at home. Besides, we also provide the usual packaging solutions for high-volume users that are of great value for the price.
Thanks to our internal R&D department, we are capable of creating tailor-made products based on our customers' requirements. Our sales department is always ready to give you the fastest possible answer, with quotations and sample shipments. If you desire packaging that serves its purpose well, is eco-friendly and affordable at the same time, we will be your best bet.
1. Is your disposable tableware safe for food contact?Certainly it is. Our entire line of disposable tableware—plates, cups, bowls, cutlery, and meal containers—is manufactured in compliance with food contact safety requirements. We rely on food-grade materials free from BPA and without any harmful or toxic substances that are added. Besides that, our products have no odor and are safe to be used with both hot and cold food.
From raw materials to finished goods, the implementation of food safety is our top priority.
2. Which safety standards do your products meet?We meet like the U.S. FDA, EU's Regulation (EU) No. 10/2011, and China's GB 4806. We are able to show you respective certificates and test reports if you ask for them.
We can especially provide certificates such as EU 10/2011, LFGB, FDA 21 CFR 177.1520, BPA-free MSDS, and factory audit reports on request.
3. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?The minimum order quantity depends on the product type, material, and customization work, but roughly, these guidelines are followed:
Standard Stock (Non-Custom): Some product categories require a minimum order of 100 units.
Custom Products (Logo/Size, etc.): Usually, a minimum order of 2,000 units. Nevertheless, the quantity depends on product complexity, material, and lead time, so we can have a discussion on this.
4. What shipping methods are available? How are shipping costs calculated? There are three main options that we offer:
Sea freight: It is the best choice for a very large quantity and for shipments where the delivery timings are more flexible. Freight is charged based on volume or weight (cubic meters or kilograms), whichever is greater, and it is also dependent on the port of loading and port of destination.
Air freight: It is more suitable for rush orders and small batches. Fees are charged according to weight and volume; for heavy goods, kilograms are used, while for bulky goods, volume is considered.
Land transport (domestic): We support the truck and train modes of transport. The pricing is based on distance and the weight of the cargo.
We can put you in touch with a freight forwarder, or we can directly give you door-to-door (DDP or DAP) delivery.
5. How long is the delivery lead time? Here are a few instances:
In-stock products: If there is a sufficient inventory, the delivery will be done within 3 to 7 days of receiving the order.
Customized products: Once the sample is approved, the manufacturing lead time is about 15 to 30 days. If the customization is quite complicated or the order is of a very large size, the delivery time will be a little longer.
Transit time: Shipping by sea to Europe and the US can take 25 to 40 days, and 7 to 15 days to Southeast Asia; by air, the transit to Europe and the US is 3 to 7 days, and 1 to 3 days to Southeast Asia. The exact transit time will depend on the schedule of the freight forwarder.
6. Do you offer customization?Yes, of course! Today, globalization means national boundaries cannot stop the brand expansion and successful marketing. We shall help you attract and satisfy your target consumer market with branded disposable tableware. Additionally, the raw materials and all the processes involved in customization abide by the food safety norms.
If clients want, we are able to custom make logos, sizes, colors, packaging, and other aspects of products with food-grade printing ink.
We delivered OEM services for a large local food service supplier in Southeast Asia. As there were many people who wanted cheap, eco-friendly packaging, we suggested to them bamboo fiber disposable meal boxes and cornstarch-based PLA cutlery. Besides, the products obtained the certification for food safety in that region and cost 10% less than the imported ones. This made the client quickly grab the mid-to-low-end food service packaging market in Southeast Asia, and they are now placing stable monthly orders of over 500,000 units.
For over 30 of their group meal outlets, we have supplied a domestic chain restaurant with custom-packaged food service packaging. Considering the characteristics of group meals, which usually contain hot soups and large proportions of staple foods, our product development team prepared thicker disposable bowls and leak-proof meal boxes. To assist them in forming a branded packaging identity, logo printing was also provided. Furthermore, a flexible weekly settlement procurement plan in conjunction with stable production capacity was made available. In the end, we helped this restaurant chain increase meal service efficiency and even increase customer satisfaction by 20%.
