1.What are the main categories of disposable tableware produced by Lides?

• Lides offers a full range of disposable tableware solutions, including:

  Meal boxes: degradable/non degradable paper meal boxes, PP plastic meal boxes, aluminum foil meal boxes, etc;

  Tableware: disposable chopsticks, disposable knives, forks, spoons, etc.

  Paper products: paper cups, plastic cups, disposable ashtrays, printing paper, tissues, padding paper, air fryer paper, etc;

  Other: Straws, packaging bags, cling film, cutting boards, toothpicks, gloves and other supporting supplies.

2.What safety standards do your products comply with?

• Our products meet international standards: FDA (USA), EU 10/2011 (EU) and GB 4806 (China). Relevant certificates and test reports are available on request.

3. Can your products hold hot food/drinks?

• Yes. PP products resist up to 120°C, PET PLA(biodegrdadable) Material up to 60°C , paper products up to 90°C, no softening, leakage or harmful substances released.

  Paper cups and bowls: Lined with food-grade PE film, suitable for hot beverages up to 90°C, with good heat insulation and leak-proof performance.

  All products have passed strict high-temperature resistance tests to meet commercial and household use requirements.

4. How do you ensure product quality?

• We adopt a full-process strict quality control system to ensure stable and high-quality products:
  1. Raw material inspection: All raw materials (plastic resin, paper, PE film, printing ink) are inspected before entering the factory, and only qualified materials meeting international standards are used.
  2. In-line quality monitoring: Professional inspectors conduct real-time monitoring during the production process to check product thickness, shape, appearance and other indicators.
  3. Finished product testing: After production, products are sampled and tested in accordance with AQL standards, covering appearance, leakage, weight, strength and food contact safety.
  4. Pre-shipment inspection: A comprehensive inspection is conducted again before shipment to ensure that the delivered products are consistent with sample standards and customer requirements.

5. Do you provide customization?

• Yes. We provide professional customization services to help customers build their own brands, and all customized materials and processes comply with food safety standards:
  Customizable logo, size, color and packaging, with food-safe printing ink.

6. What is the production lead time?

• 15–25 working days after deposit and sample confirmation, subject to order quantity and customization requirements.

  We will formulate a reasonable production plan and timely feedback the production progress to ensure on-time delivery.
